Brady was born in Homer, Louisiana but was raised in Malvern, Arkansas where he graduated high school in 1974 He went to attend Louisiana Tech University and graduated with a BS in Forestry. Brady and his wide, Sherri, have been married for over 38 years. Together, they have two daughters and four grandchildren. Brady enjoys hunting, fishing, horseback trail riding, scuba diving and tree farming.
