Over the past 28 years, Kim has established herself as one of the premier realtors in the region, also serving as an executive broker/owner during that time. She is highly regarded by her clients as well as other professionals in the field, having served as president of the Arkadelphia Board of Realtors and chairman of education of the Arkansas Realtors Association.

 

Kim takes great joy in helping individuals buy or sell homes that mean a lot to them. She is committed to listening to her clients’ needs and utilizing her keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction, staying by their side every step of the way. She is communicative, thorough, and detail-oriented. 

 

Kim has lived in Arkadelphia for 42 years and has been married to her husband Scott for 43 years. They have two grown children. Prior to her career in real estate, she taught high school business classes, where she enjoyed passing along business knowledge to younger generations and utilizing her bachelor’s degree in business education from the University of Arkansas. Her hobbies include hiking, travel, playing bridge, and spending time with family and friends.
