Phyllis’ family roots are in the Bismarck community, graduating from Bismarck High School in 1982. She pursued higher education at Southwestern Assemblies of God University with degrees in Christian Education, Early Childhood Education, School Counseling, and School Administration. 

After working in the non-profit and corporate fields, she returned to the Bismarck area in 2005 and continued her love for education. She currently works as the High School Counselor in the Bismarck Schools. 

She enjoys meeting people, pointing out the perks of small-town living, and helping people find that perfect location for their family and/or business.
