Wanda Lathem has lived in Arkadelphia since 2004 and has loved getting to know and get involved in the community. In addition to spending time with family and friends, Wanda is an avid reader and enjoys spending time outdoors and doing anything active.

Having lived in the area for nearly 30 years, Wanda says Arkadelphia isn’t just a great place “to call” home – it is home. She has a passion, love and desire for helping people and looks forward to helping you find your next home and meeting all your real estate needs.

Wanda’s husband, Greg, was her high school sweetheart. He serves as pastor of Third Street Baptist Church in Arkadelphia, and she has enjoyed serving alongside him there, participating in the many ministries the church provides. She also has worked for over 20 years as a dental hygienist, including locally with Dr. Randy Jones at Arkadelphia Dental Care.

The Lathems have two adult children, Chanin and Briana, and six grandchildren: Sylar, Jaxson, Heidi, Wyatt, Levi and Ellis.
